Teaching Method

Instruction at the Language Centre focuses on four key language skill areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Considerable attention is also placed on pronunciation and verbal communication via appropriate usage of language. We understand that successful learning can only be achieved in an environment which is friendly, interesting and fun. The Centre students are first encouraged to develop self-confidence in using English language skills in the class. As students progress, they are exposed to more detailed analysis of the English language in higher-level or examination classes.

Teaching plans and syllabi at the Centre are carefully elaborated and monitored, with the objective to keep the lessons interesting and entertaining, as well as informative. Teaching materials are constantly developed to meet the current students' needs.
