The enrollment for the courses is very flexible. The applicants can start the courses around their needs and requirements every month except August. Here are some essential enrollment stages that each applicant should undergo:
1) Compete the application form - Make sure to indicate the desirable course, lesson pattern, session you would prefer-morning, afternoon or evening together with some indication about some special needs. The application form can either be brought to the university, V Building, 2nd floor, room 231 or sent to the e-mail: rusudan_dolidze@yahoo.com or languagecenter@tsu.ge
2) The submission of the application form must not be later than 10th of each month. The start of the courses is completely flexible so applicants can enroll in them every month except August.
Those applying for General Language courses must take a placement test in order to identify their language level and place them in an appropriate level, but in case of Special purpose courses and exam preparation the enrollment test is not compulsory.
Placement tests must be taken not later than 25th of the same month. The exact date will be set in accordance with the responsible centre assistant.
What do you need to have a complete application form:
- Fill in the Application Form and fax, e-mail or post it to the Centre.
- The Centre elaborates and signs an individual contract with the client.
- Pay the full amount by bank transfer and fax a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Centre. If you have paid by credit card the Centre will debit your account instead.
- The Centre sends you your Certificate of Enrolment when your money reaches the Centre account.
- The registration procedure also includes a placement test, which identifies the students’ level and on the basis of which students are placed in a suitable course level.
